Mr. Bhanu Pratap Jain : President

Mr. Bhanu Pratap Jain is the leader of Boston Realty Group taking the business forward, growing it not only in INDIA but internationally, with his vast experience in real estate industry. His vision and experience helps not just BRG but also its esteemed clients to succeed again and again with time. He himself has owned, developed and managed investment properties in NCR and rest of North India since 1986. His prior experience in real estate investing and extensive education in the arena allows his clients to look to him for knowledgeable direction in all aspects of property transactions. Mr. Jain focuses on fostering the vision of the company and lead the team members in achieving BRG’s mission of growth.

Ar. Sonia Kathuria: Director – Business Development

Sonia is an architect, strategic thinker and an excellent communicator. She has close to two decades of experience in products. She is an expert in product launch, positioning and raising project profitability. Sonia’s strength lies in formulating strategies that raises any project’s perceived market value. She has clearly demonstrated a string of successes of pre-sale methodology with several top-of-the-line development projects.

She has held key positions with leading real estate firms including DLF, TDI, AIPL- Ambuja, Paras Buildtech, Orris and ASF. Holding a masters degree from IIT- Delhi. Member of the Council of Architecture and Associate Indian Institute of Architects. As a digital native, immersed not only in advanced technologies and new media, but also a proven leader and thoughtful speaker.

She has been a guest speaker at various national forums and educational institutions. She follows the motivational management and leadership style empowering professional sales teams and maximizing their levels of productivity. Among other things, her forte is building strong client relationship.

Ar. Prashant Sedwal : International Sales and Design

An Architect, travelled internationally, taking care of expanding BRG’s network on the international front. He represents the company on international level keeping in mind the company’s ethics and goals. He assists developers with optimization of FAR, built up area, salability of projects, besides addition in the design.

His vast experience in Architecture and Interior Design, having delivered more than 100 prestigious projects with procedures, service standards and operational policies, in the last 15 years. He not only assists the developers but also helps clients close the best property as per their needs.

Mr. Sidharth Malik : Upcountry Sales

Strategic planner with expertise in planning, executing and spearheading. Being an expert in market Research, market Intelligence and Industry Monitoring, he is on a continuous competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.
Sidharth is focusing on upcountry sales, establishing multiple sales channels in other potential cities on a pan India basis. He is Identifying and developing new markets for the growth of the Company. He believes in growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business. He is dedicated to the customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
